Por un lado, la renuncia de Manuel de Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez a la titularidad de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Oaxaca; y por el otro el nombramiento de dos (hasta hoy) diputados locales por el Partido de la Revoluci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica, como Secretario de Cultura y Artes (Francisco Mart\u00ednez Neri) y Secretario de Desarrollo Social y Humano (Alejandro L\u00f3pez Jarqu\u00edn).<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.todooaxacaradio.com\/2013\/11\/07\/en-oaxaca-se-nombran-nuevos-titulares-de-cultura-y-desarrollo-social\/\" target=\"_blank\">todooaxacaradio.com<\/a> desde muy temprano:<\/p>\n<p><strong>todooaxacaradio.com\/Gobierno de Oaxaca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7 de noviembre de 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.todooaxacaradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Gabino-Gobernador-Cena-COPARMEX-06-300x199.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1891\" title=\"Gabino-Gobernador-Cena-COPARMEX-06-300x199\" src=\"http:\/\/www.todooaxacaradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Gabino-Gobernador-Cena-COPARMEX-06-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\u00a0El Ejecutivo Estatal nombra al licenciado Alejandro L\u00f3pez Jarqu\u00edn al frente de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social y Humano, y al licenciado Francisco Mart\u00ednez Neri como Secretario de las Culturas y Artes de Oaxaca.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Se est\u00e1 realizando un ejercicio de evaluaci\u00f3n permanente para la mejora del desempe\u00f1o de la administraci\u00f3n gubernamental, afirma el mandatario oaxaque\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Con fundamento en el Art\u00edculo 79 de la Constituci\u00f3n del Estado Libre y Soberano de Oaxaca, el Gobernador Gabino Cu\u00e9 Monteagudo ha designado al licenciado Alejandro L\u00f3pez Jarqu\u00edn, como Secretario de Desarrollo Social y Humano, (SEDESOH), en sustituci\u00f3n del licenciado Gerardo Albino Gonz\u00e1lez y al licenciado Francisco Mart\u00ednez Neri, como nuevo titular de la Secretar\u00eda de las Culturas y Artes de Oaxaca (SECULTA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">El Jefe del Poder Ejecutivo enviar\u00e1 los nuevos nombramientos a la LXI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, en los t\u00e9rminos del Art\u00edculo 59, fracci\u00f3n XXXIV de la Constituci\u00f3n del Estado,\u00a0para ser analizadas y resueltas por las y los diputados de ese \u00f3rgano legislativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">El Ejecutivo Estatal hace un p\u00fablico reconocimiento a la gesti\u00f3n realizada por el licenciado Gerardo Albino Gonz\u00e1lez al frente de la SEDESOH, al considerar que durante su administraci\u00f3n se realizaron importan avances en materia de pol\u00edtica social, destacando el dise\u00f1o y la operaci\u00f3n de los diez programas de la Estrategia Bienestar, as\u00ed como la Estrategia de Desarrollo Micro-Regional en la entidad y el exitoso ensamble en Oaxaca de la Cruzada Nacional contra el Hambre, entre otras importantes acciones en la materia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">El mandatario oaxaque\u00f1o reconoci\u00f3 asimismo la relevante actuaci\u00f3n como encargado de la SECULTA, del licenciado Emilio de Leo Blanco, quien continuar\u00e1 al frente de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Cultura, luego de haber realizado un excelente desempe\u00f1o en la gesti\u00f3n cultural de la entidad, al impulsar importantes proyectos en materia cultural, como el Conservatorio de M\u00fasica, el proyecto de la Ciudad de los Archivos \u2013el cual resguardar\u00e1 el acervo hist\u00f3rico del estado- as\u00ed como el proyecto de edificaci\u00f3n de la Escuela Superior de M\u00fasica, entre otros aspectos sobresalientes de esta importante instancia gubernamental.<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Perfiles curriculares de nuevos titulares de la SEDESOH y SECULTA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Alejandro L\u00f3pez Jarqu\u00edn<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\u00a0e<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">studi\u00f3 la licenciatura en Derecho en la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma \u201cBenito Ju\u00e1rez\u201d de Oaxaca (UABJO). Ha sido presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Estudios Constitucionales y presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de la LXI Legislatura del Honorable Congreso del Estado de Oaxaca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En el \u00e1mbito pol\u00edtico ha fungido como secretario de Formaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo Estatal del Partido de la Revoluci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Francisco Mart\u00ednez Neri es Contador P\u00fablico por el Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico Nacional y Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma \u201cBenito Ju\u00e1rez\u201d de Oaxaca. Cuenta adem\u00e1s con estudios de maestr\u00eda en Educaci\u00f3n Superior y en Contribuciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ha sido catedr\u00e1tico universitario durante los \u00faltimos treinta a\u00f1os y en ese periodo ocup\u00f3 el cargo de rector (2004-2008), \u00e9poca en el que se cre\u00f3 la licenciatura en Gesti\u00f3n Cultural, el Centro Cultural Universitario y se construy\u00f3 la escuela de Artes Pl\u00e1sticas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como diputado en la LXI Legislatura, siendo presidente del Congreso en
