Los antecedentes son los siguientes: los hechos sucedieron en el periodo del presidente Vicente Fox cuando \u00e9l afirm\u00f3 que el nuevo aeropuerto de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico ser\u00eda construido. La inconformidad surgi\u00f3 porque la construcci\u00f3n se har\u00eda en terrenos de ejidatarios, entre otros, de Salvador Atenco.
