Las pol\u00edticas se apoyan en los objetivos y los precisan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>CARACTER\u00cdSTICAS DE LAS POL\u00cdTICAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.- Orientan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.- Encauzan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.- Son de tipo general<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.- De observaci\u00f3n obligatoria<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.- El\u00e1sticos y flexibles<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.- Se adaptan a las circunstancias espec\u00edficas de cada caso en particular<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.- Oportunos<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.- Intervienen en la ejecuci\u00f3n de las labores<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.- Participan e influyen en las operaciones de la empresa<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.- Perfectibles en todo tiempo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1136171134853753\" data-ad-slot=\"8578966557\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMIENTOS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son planes m\u00e1s concretos que norman el criterio y la acci\u00f3n que debe seguirse apoyada en los objetivos y pol\u00edticas. Los procedimientos indican claramente c\u00f3mo y cu\u00e1ndo se han de realizar o ejecutar las actividades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROGRAMAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son planes m\u00e1s complejos que los anteriores, se apoyan en los objetivos, en las pol\u00edticas y en los procedimientos; pero determinan con mayor precisi\u00f3n el desarrollo de las actividades en funci\u00f3n de dos elementos esenciales: tiempo y recursos<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCESO DE PLANEACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.- Determina la necesidad de elaborar un plan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.- Fijar objetivos del plan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.- Formular las ventajas de elaborar un plan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.- Conseguir la aprobaci\u00f3n de desarrollar el plan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.- Organizar el equipo humano que se encargar\u00e1 de elaborar el plan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.- Fijar responsabilidades<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.- Contar con informaci\u00f3n eficiente<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.- Valorar la informaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.- Experimentar el plan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.- Desarrollar el plan definitivo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.- Probar el plan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12.- Conseguir que se apruebe el plan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>LOS PRINCIPIOS DE LA PLANEACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EL PRINCIPIO DE LA PRECISI\u00d3N.- Los planes deben hacerse con la mayor precisi\u00f3n, porque van a regir acciones concretas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EL PRINCIPIO DE LA FLEXIBILIDAD.- Todo plan debe dar \u00a0oportunidad a los cambios que surjan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EL PRINCIPIO DE LA UNIDAD.- Los planes deben estar, de tal modo coordinados que pueda decirse que existe un solo plan general<\/span><\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1136171134853753\" data-ad-slot=\"5545504441\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><strong>REGLAS SOBRE LAS POL\u00cdTICAS: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son los criterios generales que tienen por objeto orientar la operaci\u00f3n, dejando a los ejecutivos margen para las decisiones que les corresponda tomar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">REGLAS SOBRE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los procedimientos son los planes que se\u00f1alan la secuencia cronol\u00f3gica para obtener los mejores resultados en cada funci\u00f3n concreta de una empresa o ente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los procedimientos deben fijarse por escrito y de preferencia gr\u00e1ficamente, deben ser revisados peri\u00f3dicamente, cuidar de que no exista duplicidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>REGLAS SOBRE PROGRAMAS Y PRESUPUESTOS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los programas son aquellos planes en los que no solamente se fijan los objetivos \u00a0y la secuencia de las operaciones, sino principalmente el tiempo requerido para realizar cada una de sus partes.
