Este espacio es testigo, aqu\u00ed se palpa el talento.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>(www.eloriente.net, 6 de abril de 2019, por <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LuisOsorio8a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Luis Alberto Osorio Ochoa<\/a>).- Casi en cada municipio de Oaxaca, y el resto del pa\u00eds, las Casas y Centros dedicados a la cultura son un espacio donde convergen distintas expresiones imprescindibles para el desarrollo humano de las personas que all\u00ed habitan.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00eda impensable que por muchos a\u00f1os el s\u00e9ptimo municipio m\u00e1s poblado de Oaxaca, no haya tenido un espacio dedicado al arte y la cultura, sin embrago, as\u00ed era. Son ya m\u00e1s de cien alumnos los que est\u00e1n inscritos en M\u00fasica, danza, ballet, artes pl\u00e1sticas y otras disciplinas.
