Cuenta tambi\u00e9n con una Maestr\u00eda en Educaci\u00f3n por el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.<\/p>\n<p>Fue Jefe del Departamento de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Tur\u00edstico de la Secretaria de Turismo del H. Ayuntamiento de Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez. Actualmente es Presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Profesionistas y T\u00e9cnicos en Turismo A.C.
