Lo m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo fue el reconocimiento de la convivencia sexual como elemento fundamental para la procreaci\u00f3n de la especie y en este sentido el centro de atenci\u00f3n era la familia y no el sexo. Al Derecho, le importaba eso s\u00ed, las relaciones de poder.
