(@m_ebrard) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/m_ebrard\/status\/1359886890141327362?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 11, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>Sorprendi\u00f3 entre otras cosas porque estar\u00eda presente en Cuil\u00e1pam en la ceremonia de conmemoraci\u00f3n del fusilamiento de Vicente Guerrero, pero sobre todo porque viene a uno de los lugares que se ha convertido en basti\u00f3n de la reivindicaci\u00f3n por los derechos de los pueblos afrodescendientes y afromexicanos.<\/p>\n<p>Desde hace mucho tiempo, organizaciones y personajes han dedicado tiempo y esfuerzo a difundir la cultura, a promover los derechos y a fomentar la visibilizaci\u00f3n de nuestras hermanas y hermanos, cuestiones que han sido postergadas desde hace mucho tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Carencias de participaci\u00f3n y representaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica; de escucha activa por parte del resto de la sociedad; y hasta ausencia en mecanismos de censo, cuesti\u00f3n que apenas se corrigi\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado; han sido algunas de las cuestiones que m\u00e1s despacio que pronto, las comunidades y organizaciones han ido logrando.<\/p>\n<p>Como muestra de ello, podemos mencionar el reciente Encuentro Visibilizando a L\u00edderes Afros, donde se rindi\u00f3 un homenaje a Don Leoncio Rojas y se habl\u00f3 sobre los desaf\u00edos que a\u00fan enfrentan estas comunidades.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=314&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2F105551298212989%2Fvideos%2F279055010318175%2F&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=560\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1136171134853753\" data-ad-slot=\"1904291222\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script>Martin Luther King III<\/h3>\n<p>\u00abMe gustar\u00eda ser recordado como una persona que quer\u00eda ser libre&#8230; para que otras personas tambi\u00e9n fueran libres.\u00bb Esta es una de las frases de su padre que m\u00e1s repite,\u00a0Martin Luther King III, quien se ha convertido en un continuador y divulgador de los mensajes del emblem\u00e1tico l\u00edder.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n lo ha sido, portador de un mensaje m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del recuerdo p\u00fablico de Martin Luther King, sino de su faceta menos conocido como padre y miembro de una familia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abYolanda es el \u00fanico nieto de mi padre. Gran parte de su esp\u00edritu vive en ella, pero ella nunca conocer\u00e1 el hombre que era. Ella aprende sobre su abuelo en documentales y libros, en lugar de en cenas familiares.
